Quotes are valid for a period of 7 days unless otherwise stated. A booking is only confirmed once a verbal agreement is made by The Move Masters and/or customer and/or client. 

Deposits - Full house moves req

All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer(s) and client(s). Any changes may result in additional charges. 

Quotes are valid for a period of 7 days unless otherwise stated. A booking is only confirmed once a verbal agreement is made by The Move Masters and/or customer and/or client. 

Deposits - Full house moves require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining fee payable after the move is completed.

Prices and Payment - Prices may vary if the volume of goods differs from what was declared, access conditions change, or additional services are required on the day. 

Payment must be made in full on the day of service without any exceptions. 

Cancellations and Re-Scheduling 

More than 48 hours - No charge and deposit refunded. 

Less than 48 hours - Deposit non refundable. 

Same Day Cancellation - 100% of the fee will be charged. 

Customer/ Client Responsibilities - To provide accurate details about items and access. 

Ensure all items are properly packed unless packing services are requested prior to the move. 

Disconnect all appliances prior to the move.

Ensure parking and access requirements are in place. 

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges. 

Prohibited and Restricted Items - 

We do not transport the following 

Hazardous materials ( e.g. Flammable liquids, explosives)

Illegal Items 

Perishable Goods unless agreed in advance. 

Liability and Insurance - 

We are adequately insured to transport your goods. 

We are not liable for - 

Pre-Existing Damage 

Items packed by the Customer/Client 

Fragile items not properly protected

Delays and Force Majeure - 

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to - 

Traffic Conditions 

Adverse Weather 

Mechanical Breakdowns 

Access Restrictions 

Governing Law - 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of England and Wales.
